As autumn settles over Red Dot Ranch, we invite you to an evening where wonder takes the lead. On Saturday, October 18th, from 3:30-9p.m., our chef Mark Curtiss will bring the season to life in every dish, paired with spirited creations from De Soi and wines shared by Vinca Minor. The night begins with a meditation in nature, guided by Suprita Kudesia of Feta, opening the senses to the beauty around us. From the shifting colors of the leaves to the flavors that linger on the palate, from the growth quietly unfolding in the fields to the conversations that take root at the table—this gathering is a celebration of noticing, of savoring, and of being present together.
